My path began in business, where I spent 25 years leading an enterprise — until life invited me to look deeper. Through my own process of transformation, I discovered the power of Core Energetics and the wisdom of the body as a doorway to spirit.

I have since dedicated my life to helping others reconnect with their true essence — not by escaping pain, but by moving through it, with love and awareness.
